Dear Shawn, Thank you for your indications. Voice Braille Reader is dedicated with Grade 2 Braille files and I imagine cheaper and free apps are available to text to voice for text, pdf, and some other format but not for Grade 2 braille formats. Mr. David Goldfield on following link mentioned it would cost much more to use other applications if you want translate Braille files into voice and text on PC, Mac, or other devices.
