Hi Anna,
I tried it again with the phone, flicking all over the screen looking for that 
keypad after I hit the button in the braille settings that said "not paired". I 
never saw any keypad. All I am seeing are all those settings that you usually 
see in braille. It's like the pairing button or the pair button isn't doing 
anything when I double tap it. It just hangs around and then eventually says 
pairing unsuccessful.
