Hi
Oh ok, thanks for letting us know you don't need a code for the BI line
of displays.

Hello everyone. You don't need a pairing code with the BI32. Forget the Device
and repair the device. I'm a BI40 user.

Hi Mary,
Once you choose Pair, you should see a keypad on your phone where you can type
the pin code. Then double-tap Pair, and you should be all set. Do you by any
chance have a Bluetooth keyboard connected and on while you're trying to pair
your display? If so, that would explain why you're not seeing the numbers. In
that case, you can type the PIN on your Bluetooth keyboard.
HTH,
Anna

I am experimenting with a humanware brailliant 32, attempting to parent with an
iPhone. I have Bluetooth on. I go into braille settings under voiceover. It
sees the device. It says not paired, which is a button. I double tap that. And
that is where the joy stops. I know there is a four digit pin code, but
according to humanware in their documentation, this code, which is four ones,
will not appear on the device. There doesn't seem to be any place to type it in
on the phone. So, if that is the problem, me not typing the pin code, I would
like to know how to do that. Otherwise, has anyone had this problem and fixed
it?
