But then I ask, how do you then get all your music on to your phone without it selecting to install apps when you connect to a computer. I have even tried using nvda and am not having any luck. Jen

Maybe I’m wrong on this and you may want to call Apple support, but I always thought that if you sync from a different computer/library everything that is on your phone will then be replaced. As for checking apps on your computer to sync them to your phone, this is currently not very easily done with iTunes. It used to be that all apps were in a listview Jaws would read and you could easily check the ones you wanted by pressing the spacebar, but that is currently broken in the latest version of iTuns. I recently got an iPhone 5s. I am using the latest version of itunes and jaws 12.0. I want to see the complete list of apps so I can select which ones to put on my phone. I have been through all the itunes and I am not able to do this. Anyone have any suggestions on the easiest way to do this. Also, I have a windows 8 lap op. I want to copy all my apps and music and everything in my itunes to this computer. I have an external hard drive which I copied my entire itunes folder in to and then copied that folder into itunes. Some of my music is not playing and I get an error message telling me that the song couldn’t be used because the original file couldn’t be found.
