Speaking for the US anyway I'm assuming models are unified throughout
offered countries but here anyway it is tied to account log in thus it is
not an in app purchase nor is it tied to one device. Once you have a
subscription you can access from a computer, android or iOS device thus far
simply by logging into the subscribed account.

Also, it depends if the subscription is handled by logging in to the account
online, where it would be tied for all devices, or an in-app purchase that
is an auto-renewing subscription. If it is paid through Tunein on the web,
you probably can technically share your login to it, but they probably frown
on it.

If it's an in-app purchase, no. If it's a purchase in the App Store
itself, yes. For example me as the organizer and Hannah the adult is
sharing the Now TV for Apple TV subscription on our Apple TV Third
Generation devices.
