You're right. I forgot to say the additional information. The list won't let you join if you don't have the beta installed. They'll ask you if you have a beta of iOS 9 or a beta of El Capitan. They also ask where your feedback assistant is on either your Mac or iPhone. Matthew Dierckens and Aleeha Dudley are mods of that list.
