Whenever I have to update my payment information I have had no trouble in using the App Store app on my iPhone to do so. Also, you can buy/place orders for accessories and other things through the Apple Store app. This makes the process of ordering things a little too easy, especially since if you have a 6/+ or 6S/+, you can use Touch ID to verify your identity and submit the payment. I suppose I could update my info on a computer, but I find it easier to do it on the phone. To do this, you go to the App Store app, select the Features tab, and then from that tab at the bottom flick/swipe left a few times to View Apple ID and double tap on this. You may be asked to enter your password or use Touch ID to verify yourself, but then you should be on a screen where you can view payment information, make changes, and update or cancel any subscriptions you have open, like iTunes Match or TuneIN Radio Premium, or others.
