Hey Chris, I'm kinda confused. What kind of restrictions are you
talking about that Cortana has. She can make phone calls, send
texts, make reminders, same thing as Siri can. If I remember
correctly, Google Now can't do that stuff. So that's why I think he
said it's either Siri or Cortana.
