Hi Alan. If nothing else, I feel better that I’m not the only one having an issue with the app. I do have a phone number for nfl.com, but last time I called that number I was on hold for over two hours. I was hoping for another way to contact them, but if not, I’ll call them up the next day or so. I’d call today, but I have some things going on, and I don’t have time to wait. I’ll let you know what I learn.
