Hi, I’m sure the NFL is working on the problem. They update their app constantly, almost to constantly haha, but it’s a simple issue that needs resolving. Is it annoying? Yes. Will they fix it before wildcard weekend starts? Most likely. Be patient, and try not to get in a twist, especially about the price, when that has nothing to do with the issue at hand. For those that may have missed it, they changed the way audio needs to be played. Once you tap on a feed, there’s a play button that shows up, but unfortunately doesn’t show up with VoiceOver, not even visually. Give them time, and they’ll fix it.
