Here is a little longer response with a suggestion of how to get people to vote
on the idea at the end.

Hi Richard,

Thank you for sending this in. I appreciate your candid opinion about this, and
I definitely understand your not wanting to us our app if we don't provide
voiceover support.

As I just mentioned to Scott, another user who mentioned that you would be
writing in, unfortunately at this time we haven't been informed of any plans to
add that functionality any time soon. I'm so very sorry about that.

I'd be happy to add this request to the feature request list that we share with
the product team.

If we do introduce this functionality at any point, we will put up an
announcement on our blog (blog.issuu.com) and on our help center
(help.issuu.com), so please do keep checking these places for updates.

My team adds tags to all feature requests for specific features (for customers
who write in as well as any who post on our community forums), and we do email
them when the feature goes live.

I would also recommend that you add this on our Feature Requests forum so other
users can vote on it and add their voice to this request.

Thank you once again, and don't hesitate to write back if you have any other
comments, or visit our helpcenter at help.issuu.com.

Sincerely,
Morgan
