The woman who started this movement, is blind, so all exercises or fully accessable. You can buy workouts via download and/or physical CDs. Exercises or explain in full detail right on the website. You can listen to the exercises, and practice them before your workout arrives. I was so excited, I ordered every physical CD, which is cheaper than getting a gym membership and or signing up with one of the local groups around here for exercise.
