I suspect there isn't a select all as the iphone as far as I have discovered over the past two years doesn't have a select all except in the trash folder. If you're deleting from inbox I think you either hae to do edit and tap on each one and then delete or move or you have to delete each individually. If I'm wrong, someone please correct!
