Yeah, I can believe that.  I do actually feel much better when I immediately 
wake up compared to when I wait until the second alarm goes off.  I too disable 
the snooze as I ratehr just set a timer.  That way if I want to wake up 5 
minutes after the alarm, or even 20 minutes after the alarm, I can easily 
customize it that way.  But I always have my 4:30 AM alarm that wakes me up 
every morning.  That and another good alarm, my guide dog.  Usually wakes up 
and breathes on me in the morning, and wines a bit to go out.  And if I am 
really slow, will bark to really tell me to get the heck up.

Oh I see. Yeah I try not to get in the habit of using snooze because 
that makes it harder to get up. Someone tole me as a kid, if you jump 
out of bed the moment you hear the alarm things will be much easier.
