or iPad, it would probably work on all iOS devices.
@Mary; I like the stock app very much but there's gonna be
a large turnaround in iOS 10 with its interface so I'm
looking for alternatives. I used Aquamail on some Android
devices and I like its options, features and tones of
settings for fine tuning its operativity.
I agree Android approach to navigating and editing is
harder to handle than iOS but as you correctly said, it
doesn't have to do anything with the app itself. Regarding
dictation, I'm getting far better results with Google Speech
Input or whatever is it called in English than Siri
Dictation, atleast for my native language.
I can manage multiple messages on both apps in pretty
similar way so I don't know did you played with Aquamail
settins?

The other thing I prefer about mail on iOS as opposed to android, and this really isn't specific to the mail itself, has to do with dictation and interacting with editible text in general. I like the fact that I can easily stop dictation in iOS. I like the fact that I get a tone telling me that dictation has stopped. I don't get that with android, except when doing Google voice searches. I also find it easier to get around in the text and make corrections. I realize that this is not specific to the mail client. And other people's experiences may differ. But that's my two cents.

It's one of those things where I really like doing email with the phone in my hand as there's so little movement involved, as opposed to having a keyboard; but I do keep the keyboard out in case I want to write a long message.
