They said they were prepared to offer me $110 +5% for Amazon gift card option
from my iPhone 5s. When I excepted the offer they sent me a nice box, in which
I sent the phone, after removing from find my iPhone. Since using voice over,
felt uncomfortable completely erasing the phone because of how I wouldn't know
for sure when I had powered it off.

Yesterday they sent me an email saying that the device was broken, wouldn't
power on, and offering me $20, which I can except or reject by October 5. The
device was working when I shut it down. I am sure that the screen curtain was
off. I didn't think about adjusting the brightness, which I had at zero. I did
an online chat with them, where I explained these things, and they said they
would put it through reinspection and get back to me next week. Interesting how
on their website they don't have a phone number, but I found one on Google,
which I will have to see if it works. So, just wondered if any of you had
experiences with gazelle? Had gotten a Nother phone from AT&T, which was
prepared to offer 65, so I had tried gazelle thinking I would do better.😔
