Tapping the power button just seems to be locking and unlocking the screen. I will keep trying though. Jen

This should give you a reset. It won't change anything on your phone but should unfreeze the screen. Someone told me to do that once and it worked when I had to do it. I can get to the place where it says slide to power off or double tap but when I try to do this it just takes me back to the home screen. Just the slightest tap on something opens something else. All my apps etc are there but the click sound that happens when you go between items isn’t working and when I just touch something slightly something else opens. I also have music on that I can’t seem to turn off. I’ve plugged in the phone to itunes hoping that would fix but not so. What should I do next?
