Hi Pablo
Yes I know VO is still the best screen reader in the world for devices.
And that the apple platform is also the most accessible.

Yes, I prefer issues with accessibility than without accessibility.
Yes, I also know all the talkback issues on android, and everything else you can talk about. But all this does not take away my rights to want more and demand what normal people demand ...

We can not stay all the time saying amen to all the good that apple has done in the past and now it does bad in the present.
I have my rights and always fight for them.
And my rights have to be respected by apple as well as apple respects the rights of normal people.
Apple has to work for me as an obligation and respect as a duty.
Apple can not think that it works for me as if it were doing me a favor.
I paid a small fortune to have a phone, and because Apple says on their official accessibility website that their devices are 100 percent accessible and can be used with total satisfaction.
And this is not true.
The issues of accessibility have to have the same commitment that apple has with normal people.
I am being discriminated and I have to fight for my rights.
And that's what we should all do.
cheers.

Mario,

I understand you very well. Months ago, I was so mad. Months ago I was in the list so mad about the ssame issues that you are talking about. However, I tried android, and I learned that if IOs is no perfect, it is better than android regarding accessibility.

IOs is no working well, apple broke the accessibility that was working before, apple is affecting you because you are no able to use your device in the way how you should. Yes, all of these are true.

But the accessibility on android is no like the accessibility in IOs. My suggestion is that you get relax, and write an email with all the points how IOs is affecting you with this update. If they don’t heard you, they are no going to fix anything. Android has fixed some of the accessibility issues in the last 5 yeears?

No, and they have improved accessibility very little in the last android updates.

mario, call support as Pete suggested. The more people who call
the more it will be fixed. If not an option for you, please try
Android. I have heard it is pretty good, though as with Apple
there are some issues too. Please call Apple support not email,
and help list traffic by helping not complaining, please.

only way to do this is to swipe to the keypad button and

I don't have the problem at all on my iPhone 6 s but my
friend has a 7 and she does have the problem.

The problem is that the keypad disappears once the call is
            connected.

It happens if she uses Siri to make the call and it also
happens if she goes in to the phone appp and selects the
keypad dials the call manually as well.

Once the call connects the keypad disappears.

She is not a good iPhoneuser yet and by the time she fines
and enables the keypad again its probably to late.

My phone does not do this at all.

Its frustrating when you need to tenter touch tones to
            answer menu prompts etc.

Many people have this issue and many don't.

Apple is looking in to it but I don't think they know why
it happens for some and not others.

            Thanks.

since I started using iOS 10, I am not using the
current 10.2 beta so unless it's a problem here, what
                is exactly the issue?

When I make or receive a call I may have to tap to
bring up the keypad, but that has always been the case
at times, but most of the time the keypad is there and
I actually have to hide it if I want access to any of
