Not true, I have a friend still working on ios8.3. But the rest you argue is
true but he is not asking for any support for that ios system.

hi Pablo.

Yes apple forces us to do the update.
Sooner or later we have to do it.

Yes, apple force you tu update. If you have an iPhone new, and you have a
problem and you call apple, they are no going to give you tech support if you
don’t have installed the last IOs release. So apple decline the tech support if
you don’t have installed the last IOs release. Apple by default download the
IOs and fills your phone memory. Apple make your life hard with hundreds of
announcemnts saying that the IOs x is ready to be install.

So, if it is no forcing, looks very similar.

No one is forcing you to install an update. I have not done so and don’t
plan too until the keypad issue is fixed for iphone 7.

  Guys,

I was like all of you. So mad with apple, with the fact that they breaks
accessibility points that were working before and stop working. I was so mad
because apple force you to install their IOs version, breaking the
accessibility that we need, and we need to wait months until we are able to use
our phone like we were doing before. Yes, I was so mad. I tried android, and I
changed my mind. Apple is better.

Android is several towns behind than IOs regarding accessibility.

mario, call support as Pete suggested. The more people who call the more it
will be fixed. If not an option for you, please try Android. I have heard it is
pretty good, though as with Apple there are some issues too. Please call Apple
support not email, and help list traffic by helping not complaining, please.

Hello all, I see the behavior on my iPhone 7 as well. As most of the
numbers I call are in my contacts, I don't have too much difficulty. However,
if there are prompts involved, the only way to do this is to swipe to the
keypad button and activate it.

I don't have the problem at all on my iPhone 6 s but my friend has a 7
and she does have the problem.

The problem is that the keypad disappears once the call is connected.

It happens if she uses Siri to make the call and it also happens if she
goes in to the phone appp and selects the keypad dials the call manually as
well.

Once the call connects the keypad disappears.

She is not a good iPhoneuser yet and by the time she fines and enables
the keypad again its probably to late.

My phone does not do this at all.

Its frustrating when you need to tenter touch tones to answer menu
prompts etc.

Many people have this issue and many don't.

Apple is looking in to it but I don't think they know why it happens for
some and not others.

      Thanks.

Is this something a lot of people experience? I haven't noticed any
difference on my 6S Plus ever since I started using iOS 10, I am not using the
current 10.2 beta so unless it's a problem here, what is exactly the issue?

When I make or receive a call I may have to tap to bring up the keypad,
but that has always been the case at times, but most of the time the keypad is
there and I actually have to hide it if I want access to any of the other
buttons.
