Acctually Windows 8 phone will have accessibility, navigator will be on the tablets and phones at launch. Press and hold the volume up and home buttons at the same time and you will start navigator. Navigator is starting to feel a lot like VoiceOver, will have to wait and see how it works on a touch screen, but on the computer it is a lot like VO.
