When you say MS has been promising accessibility for years, what
products are you talking about? As far back as the 90's MS's public
policy has been to work with 3rd party screen reader vendors to produce
screen readers for Windows. I think they've delivered on this policy. It
may not be as ideal as the Apple model where you don't need a 3rd party
solution, but I don't think MS has promised us one thing here and
delivered something else. Ditto for Windows Mobile. Granted, Windows
Phone wasn't accessible when it came out, but I don't think it's been
out for more than a year yet. I think it took Apple two years to get
accessibility into the iPhone.

If were talking about Windows Phone then this should probably be taken
to a list like the accessible phones list. If we're talking about all MS
products then I'm not sure what the appropriate list would be.
