Afternoon if what you want to do is remove all messages from the google
server the only solution I found was to install thunderbird on your PC or on
your Mac if you have one and delete the messages with the email client. I
found no other way to do a server delete.

Subject: iPhone and Gmail

Hello listers,

Gmail doesna't seem to have the facility to delete messages from the server
once downloaded. I've just started using the iPhone for email, and I can't
seem to get rid of a whole load of messages that I've already read on the
PC.

Any help welcomed, with thanks,

Regards,

Mike
