Hi All I have the same bug when viewing YouTube videos on my iPhone 7. I'm running IOS 10.2 on my iPhone. AfterI closed YouTube, leaving the app in the app switcher, the correct time displayed immediately without me having to touch the status bar. I had voiceovers focus on the time. Just wierd I hadn't noticed this til it was brought to my attention with this message.
