Try entering the watch passcode on the watch. Keith

Hi everyone,

I just purchased a new Apple Watch yesterday and it has software version 3.1 
running on it. I see there is an update to 3.13, and I am attempting to update 
to it.
The problem comes in when I am to enter my pass code on my iPhone. No key pad 
shows up. I’ve even connected a bluetooth keyboard(which was not originally 
paired with the phone). Even the bluetooth keyboard is unable to enter numbers 
in this pass code box. Do I need to reset the watch, and will this help? I’ve 
never seen this issue on my phone in over a year.
