Nothing you can check, did you simply try to login to your bank website on a computer? I actually for the first time had a situation where I logged into my Scotia account here in Canada with the app on the phone and all my accounts showed up but didn't give me a balance but showed N/A. I wasn't really worried about it as I assume it is a temporary glitch and so it was, today all was fine again. Have you tried to simply close all apps in the app switcher and reboot your phone? Did the app have a recent update?
