Hello Vicki, There are several ways to setup iCloud mail in Windows 7. Have you Googled how to do this? I ask because the method you select will depend upon your particular Windows configuration. For example, are you using Outlook?
Regardless, it sounds to me as though you first need to delete your current setup profile and start from scratch. As an F.Y.I., one of the easiest setup configurations is to use the iCloud Control Panel. Again, there are several variables that one need take into consideration.
