Hello Cliff,

I am using the latest version of the iCloud Control Panel on a Windows 7
Ultimate 64-bit computer with no problems.

Now please keep in mind that this particular PC only has Zoomtext. So, it's
quite possible that the iCloud Control Panel is not Jaws accessible.

On the other hand, if you have confirmed that the Control Panel is
unresponsive, it may be that you need to completely uninstall the Control Panel
and then reinstall it. I had to do this a while ago, if memory serves.

Without getting too Windows 7 specific, there was a Windows 7 64-bit update
bug, introduced around the middle of this past December, that caused various
control panel problems. This may be the source of your issue. Regardless, I
suggest that you uninstall the iCloud Control Panel, reboot the PC, then
reinstall.

Good Luck,

Mark

not responding. Any clue why this is? I like to uncheck certain items that I
don’t use on windows, but it just keeps saying iCloud, no check box is visible
to jaws, plus
