far as updating but I haven't test out if it helps with access yet.
Do I need to update ICloud on my phone and mini IPad as well? I'm not
finding options to do that.

caused various control panel problems. This may be the source of your
issue. Regardless, I suggest that you uninstall the iCloud Control Panel,
reboot the PC, then reinstall.

Regardless, it sounds to me as though you first need to delete your
current setup profile and start from scratch.
As an F.Y.I., one of the easiest setup configurations is to use the

I set up my ICloud E-mail on my Windows computer, but it will not let me
change the pop3 field to Imap.
It allowed me to enter all of the data correctly, but in the area that
says this is a pop3 server, I cannot change pop3 to imap, even though the
next field has the imap information entered.
I am using Windows 7 and I'm wondering if that isn't the problem.
