HI Susie. My brother who is in the UK, was having the same problem. Others were having that problem too.
Audible.co.uk gave him these steps to follow in order to get downloads back on his computer. There is a software verification setting within your Account Details page, which needs to be turned on. Once turned on, you should be able to download your Audible book. Below we have included the steps on how to turn on this software verification. 1. log into your Audible account. 2. Click on where it says Hi, and your name, and click on "Account Details". 3. Click on "Update Settings" tab on the left-hand side of the page. 4. Scroll down the page and you will see Software Verification. Please be sure to turn this on. 5. Refresh or close the website, and re-open the Audible site, and everything should be fine. If you have any trouble, write back to me and i’ll ask him for the number, if you are in the UK.
