Hi Maria, Unfortunately, that won't work for me. If the face id doesn't recognize my face the first time, I don't get a second chance, so in order to unlock the phone, I have to enter my pass code. Smile! Now, if I have to enter my pass code to unlock the phone when I am out, I don't feel comfortable entering my pass code when out in public though. I don't think that is a smart thing to do, as one might not know who is around. I know when I power down the phone I have to enter my pass code. Although, I have to admit when I unlock my phone using face id, I'm quite amazed that the face id can still recognize my face even if I'm in the dark or even if I am wearing my sun glasses, as when I set up the face id feature, I wasn't wearing my sun glasses, and I was in a bright setting, and I even had the screen curtain turned on as I usually do, but I forgot it was on when I was setting up the face id. I think this alone is quite amazing though! I'm actually blown away by this! It doesn't take much to please me! Smile!
