This will be a permanent feature.  Now the specific details are still not 
clear.  I am not sure if it will just be a subscription service like Spotify, 
or you will also be able to play your own personal music and the free stations 
offered by Apple Music.  Now I would assume that if you are already an Apple 
Music subscriber, then you should be fine and be able to access it without a 
problem.
