Hi, recently i have noticed that the screen on my iphone 7 becomes totally unresponsive during phone calls. For example, when presented with a choice of numbers to enter -- press 1 for this, press 2 for that -- I am unable to detect the number pad or anything else on the screen. I'm told by a sighted friend that the number pad is present, but voiceover is completely unresponsive. When this happens, I cannot even double tap to end the call.
