Hi, unless you are using Apple's own Cloud service, other address books don't support relationships very well. However what I do with my Google address book is set the relationship name in the nickname field of the contact and that works and tricks the good little Siri into calling the right person.

Hi Avnish,

I don't really think there is an easy solution to this and I am not sure if
this is something Apple would have to deal with or if it's something these
other services would have to do so that these relationships work. I am not
going to worry about it too much, in my opinion it would be nice to be able
to do this, but it's not a big deal. I see SIRI as a productivity tool, it's
fantastic for texting, dictating emails or even a search term and I like the
fact it's so efficient for setting alarms, reminders and timers. Being able
to ask it for a definition of a word or facts about a historical person,
basic stats about a country and so on. Oh, and local business search now
that it's available in Canada is fantastic.
