Keith, you are welcome. If I didn’t have 2 kids who go through charging cables like crazy I wouldn’t have thought of suggesting trying a different charging cable. What happens & it is hit or miss; when plugging in the bad charging cable it starts charging the device. After a while it stops charging & no error message is given, like with some failing charging cables the error message “This product is not supported” will appear.
