Why would I try to double tap my phone with my lips if I can do so with my 
fingers?

As for iOS 13, I strongly suspect that with the new voice control you will be 
able to hang up a phone call by voice and hopefully even tell it to dial a 
number when you call somewhere and it asks, for example, Press 1 for English 
etc.

We'll have to wait and see as to how useful and accessible these voice controls 
are for a Voiceover user. The Google Home speakers, by the way, can already do 
this. If you call a number where you have to make a selection you can just say 
"Hey google, dial 1" or simply "Hey Google, 2".

Here is an innovative way of disconnecting the call. Or achieving the effect of 
double finger double tap   You can gently tap the screen of  the phone two 
times on slightly  parted lips. I have tried it and it works  please try that
