Adding to this bug, which I was able to replicate on my iPhone 4, it
seems like the first app in the switcher (there were three open) said
"double tap to open" while the other two said "double tap to delete."
So the instructions were wrong in all three cases. Task switcher
itself still works properly though and closes the applications, it's
just the instructions that VO reads out that are incorrect.
Interesting find and definitely a bug.
