I agree. This wording makes sense and there is no reason for different wording that just takes longer to speak. Really, once you know what it does and you know you are in the app switcher, it will not cause any problem. It will not delete it from the phone. It would make no sense for it to delete it from the phone in the app switcher. If it did that would be a serious bug. To really make a big deal of this, when it makes sense and you can be familiar with what it says and does, is seriously rediculous nitpicking in my opinion.
