In my opinion, it is the best OCR app you could buy. My only wish is that it could handle columns. But, if it is text in paragraph format, it is brilliant. If you also have Voice Dream Reader, you could put the PDF in it, and then it would use Voice Dream Scanner to recognize the document. I've not tried to open a PDF from the web directly with Voice Dream Scanner though if it showed up in the share sheet, that would work.
