Hello. Voice Dream Scanner is quite. A program for its affordable price. I like the tone indicator that allows for easy centering of text, and the response is fast. For on line PDF’s, you can scan them as long as they are not DRM protected, if I recall that right. You would also need Voice Dream Reader. You would copy the file to VDR and it will detect it appears to be an image and ask if you want to do OCR, which Voice Dream Scanner does. Having VDR also means you have a place to save the file for later use. It’s good to have both programs so you have the ability to scan items not found on line and have a way to save for future reference.I bought the programs individually as well as Voice Dream Writer, which isn’t as well developed at this point, but they can be purchased as a bundle.
