Hi janet I also turned off the setting to update and twice it has down loaded the softwear. It has not happened for about two weeks now and I am glad as I am a full user of voice over and let others work through the bugs. I am a person who waits to update good luck Louise and princess Kiara

Hi Janet buy what happened to me with my phone wanting to update. The down load came in and I could say no to install it. There was an option to not agree with their terms and I used that. I then went into general and into storage and deleted the down load.
