Hello again, Just a quick update. I contacted Spotify support via their website, and the chat feature was remarkably accessible. The person I was chatting with offered to escalate the concern to a specialist, and now I'm just waiting to hear from someone. I'd urge other VO users who are having similar issues with the update to do the same thing, or maybe there's a more effective way of getting some movement here.
