Gera,
Thanks for confirming that the native Twitter app is less than intuitive with Voiceover. I have a policy that if an app requires another service in order to make it usable by the visually impaired, then I'm just not going to use it or use it on a very limited basis. The apps I use on my iPhone 8 seem to get updated weekly and sometimes multiple times in one week and I just don't believe an app such as Twitterrific can stay updated to work as it should. The native Twitter app isn’t that intuitive. Have you tried Twitterrific instead? Though it asks for a subscription if you’d like to support them, it can be used for free aside from occasionally asking you for. Good luck! I'm already following @BeatsSupport but when I swipe across any of the Twitter screens, I'll be darned if Voiceover announces anything like send a Tweet. This seems to me to be the main purpose of the app so how does one create a new tweet or respond to an existing Twitter thread when using Voiceover? Thanks in advance for any help.
