Hi Alan, Thank you for this, I just tried that, but it didn’t work. There is no pause button that shows up on the screen, so I pressed the play button to see if the play button would change in to a pause button, but again still it didn’t work. I can’t seem to stop the message from playing. Although, I am having some serious issues with my phone app since I updated to iOS 13. I also talked to Apple earlier today, but all they say is to do a force reset, but I just can’t imagine having to do a force reset every time I listen to a voice mail message. This sounds crazy! Thank you again.

Janet, Ignore my last reply since I confused voice mail with VoiceOver. When I'm listening to voice mail on my SE 2020, the play button becomes a pause button when the voice mail is playing and double tapping that pause button stops the playback. Hi Everyone, This might sound like a stupid question, but can someone tell me how to just stop listening to a voice mail message on my phone? I used to just single or double finger tap to stop listening to a message, but since I updated to iOS 13, this option no longer works for me. Is there some new way of doing this? Thank you all for any help. Janet Peace Be With You. -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
