Hi Alan, Thank you for this, I just tried that, but it didn’t work. There is no pause button that shows up on the screen, so I pressed the play button to see if the play button would change in to a pause button, but again still it didn’t work. I can’t seem to stop the message from playing. Although, I am having some serious issues with my phone app since I updated to iOS 13. I also talked to Apple earlier today, but all they say is to do a force reset, but I just can’t imagine having to do a force reset every time I listen to a voice mail message. This sounds crazy!
