We use Instacart most of the time, and the person who delivers our groceries has always been the same as the person who did the shopping. We have been happy with the service.
We have also used Shypt, but only once so far. I had to figure out how to do it for this reply, to be able to reply to the correct message. Expand the thread, and it can be done. There is a delete button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
