The usual practice is this. I speak for Shipt. You join for a yearly membership of $99 and you may can join for a monthly fee. The delivery fee is $10 or so for any order up to $35. Anything we order above $35 is free delivery. I don't know about sale prices or points. The service is worth it to us because it frees us from being dependent on someone.
