Grant, everything makes a sound when shaking. I just tried it with my cat. <smile>. Seriously, for what it's worth, I think it's fine.

around inside the iPhone 5. I thought of taking it into my nearest
Apple store, but the noise is so subtle that I know we won't be able
to hear it in a crowded store. I also tend to worry about my new
gadgets a little obsessively, so it may well be totally normal. The
device, certainly, functions well.

Does anyone have an iPhone 5 that doesn't make any sound when shaken?
