Hi Simon, Okay, no problem. I have done that a couple of times. I have an appointment at an Apple Store fairly close to where I live on Wednesday, When I explained the issue I was having, the rep with whom I spoke suggested that my problem could be with the front facing camera and that it might need to be replaced.
