Good morning Richard,

Where does one find the delete from server setting in the iPhone Mail app?
Running iOS 14.4.2. I haven't run across this setting and would like to.
Thanks much.

Stay safe and take care. Mike.

If your email on the phone is set as iMap, it will not remove them from the
server unless you set it to remove from server when you delete it on your
phone.
Easy answer, do your deleting on the computer.
If your phone is set to use Pop3, you can go into the settings and tell it
to leave messages on the server.
HTH,

Richard

Hello. I have the mail client set up on my iphone and ipad to share
articles from feeds with my wife. Can I keep it from fetching new mail while
still doing this. I might want to see some messages on my computer where I
do most of my interacting. If not, can I tell the IOS app not to delete the
mail from the server.
