Mickey, have them turn their rotor to sound then with one finger flick up or
down to turn sounds back on. This is the only way I have been able to
duplicate what you have described.

I have a perplexing problem.
I am working with a client who has turned off the sound that your iPhone
makes when you slide up from the bottom or down from the top of the screen.
Does anybody know what that sound is called and how do you turn it back on?
I’ve never had this problem before. Mine has always worked and I never
wanted to turn it off!
