Here in Los Angeles, I find that all of the apps offer pretty much the same
selection. There are acceptions, like that Farmer Boy's is on Uber Eats, but
not Door Dash.
There are sometimes differences like the fact that for Carl's Jr. delivery
is free on Uber Eats, but $1.99 on Door dash.

It’s great that GrubHub has gotten easier to use over time, less
cluttered. Seamless owns them, so would you just be duplicating effort by
getting the seamless app?
Same with DoorDash: at different times I get emails saying I can use dash
pass with caviar, but if I’m going to have access to the same places if I
got caviar, what’s the point?

I use the seamless app on a regular basis. It is very accessible.
The descriptions are very good on the restaurants and the items on the
menus.
The only issues I've found are rating after delivery, and when getting
support through the chat feature, you cannot read what you've wrote
after it's sent, only what the agent writes.
